Problem
WISP is a salon and spa in Colorado that recently came under new ownership. The new owners wanted to fully rebrand the business, starting with the website. The existing site felt too dark and masculine, which didn’t match their vision. They wanted a fresh, airy, feminine aesthetic—essentially a “cowgirl Barbie” vibe to better reflect the new brand direction.
Goal
The goal was to replace the dark, masculine feel of the existing site with a bright, inviting, and modern design that highlights WISP’s services and elevates the overall user experience.
Solution
To bring the new brand vision to life, I completely refreshed the site’s visual style. I introduced lighter colors, updated imagery, and a more modern layout to create an airy, feminine feel. I reworked the navigation and page structure to make the site easier to browse, and added subtle design elements that aligned with the salon’s updated identity. The result was a brighter, more inviting website that clearly communicates WISP’s services and resonates with their target audience.
