Problem Statement
Raging Agency was entering a pivotal transition, shifting from a general marketing and SEO provider to a specialized partner for wellness brands. Their existing website no longer reflected this new direction or the clients they wanted to attract.
Goal
Recreate the website with a new client strategy to attract medical and wellness clinics, positioning Raging Agency as a credible, specialized partner in the wellness space.
Research Findings
A competitive audit of similar agencies revealed clear differentiators for success:
- Competitors lacked distinct brand voices, relying on minimalist layouts
- Strong visual identity differentiated established agencies
- Aspirational messaging and client results increased engagement
- Testimonials, logos, and clear CTAs served as critical trust indicators
Solution
The redesign featured a responsive layout with curated photography targeting wellness demographics. Existing brand colors were retained and supplemented with additional tertiary colors for a more professional, balanced palette. The overall design positioned Raging Agency as a premium, specialized partner, not a generalist.
Design Process
1. Discovery
- Kickoff call to learn the brand, audience, goals, and desired brand perception
- Analyze current website and competitor landscape
- Identify the customer's problem, desired transformation, and motivation
- Find out the necessary components: Website, Logo, Business Cards, Portfolio, Social Templates
2. Crafting the Narrative
- Distill the brand message into a clear hero-guide framework
- Collaborate on brand voice and emotional tone
- Write or refine the website's key messaging sections: Headline, Subheadline, Value props, Calls-to-action
All messaging follows a StoryBrand-inspired structure to maximize clarity and connection.
3. Wireframes for Flow and UX
- Build wireframes that lead users through the narrative
- Place the most important messaging "above the fold"
- Map sections using a clear logic: Hero → problem → guide → plan → success
- Iterate quickly to develop a solid structure before adding design
